1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to our site and participation in Awaken Pulse programs. By visiting awakenpulsego.com or enrolling in any course, retreat, or workshop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.

2. Course Offerings & Fees

Awaken Pulse provides the following programs:

  • Foundation Retreat (CHF 7 200): 2-day on-site retreat with guided meditations, visioning workshops, and peer-dialogue circles.
  • Leadership Workshop (CHF 3 400): 1-day intensive workshop on mindful decision-making and emotional intelligence.
  • Directors Mastery Program (CHF 12 900): 4-week online program including group coaching, peer forums, and monthly follow-ups.

Detailed schedules and materials will be provided upon enrollment. Any additional services or custom requests are subject to separate agreements.

3. Participant Conduct

When participating in our programs, you agree to:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enroll.
  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Respect confidentiality and the personal space of other participants.
  • Follow all safety and behavioral guidelines provided by Awaken Pulse staff.

4. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required to secure your place. You may cancel and request a refund up to 14 days before the program start date; after that, fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be emailed to billing@awakenpulsego.com and will be processed within 30 days. Past availability does not guarantee future space.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and resources are owned by Awaken Pulse. Participants receive a limited license to use materials for personal and professional growth; redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Awaken Pulse’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business or personal insights. Participation outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless both parties agree to mediation.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continuing to use our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
